Absolutely! Being a mother myself it is so important our products are safe. Our mission is to 'provide SAFE alternatives to the everyday plastic essentials'.

Baby Cubs Boutique independently tests our silicone to ensure it is safe. & is FDA approved.

WHAT IF I AM MISSING OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

If you have received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order then please email babycubsboutique@gmail.com and your order will be rectified ASAP!

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

If you do not receive your order confirmation in your inbox please check your junk or spam folder. If you're still unable to locate your order confirmation then please email babycubsboutique@gmail.com ASAP so we can get it sorted out for you.

RETURNS;

Please make sure if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items as we do not accept or process any refunds after 14 days.
Please note you are responsible for the shipping cost of any returns

POSTAGE;

Once your parcel has left our warehouse it then becomes property of Australia Post. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If your parcel does not reach you within our expected delivery time you can contact Australia Post and lodge an enquiry to find out your parcels whereabouts.
